Tom Neumann – roles over the past thirty years:
- Responsible for process engineering development in silicone production at a major global chemical company.
- Global leadership of process optimisation and process development for over one thousand different products in organomodified silicones (OMS) and their intermediates at production sites in Europe, China and the USA.
- Head of the Flexible Foam / Catalysts department.
- Chemical technical adviser and incident response specialist: coordination with professional fire service incident command, support for response teams, and provision of information, assistance and expertise on substance data, technology, logistics and customers.
